Job summary

Skydev Solutions, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to join our finance and accounting team. You will manage day-to-day bookkeeping across multiple entities, lead month-end close, and strengthen internal controls.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while coordinating with internal teams and external partners, including external accountants for VAT and BIR filings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3–5 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience.
• Experience with full-cycle bookkeeping and month-end closing.
• Experience handling multiple accounts and entities.
• Proficient in accounting software and spreadsheet tools.
• PH payroll knowledge (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and VAT/ withholding tax is a plus.
• CPA is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date books across multiple entities.
• Record daily financial transactions (AP, AR, expenses, receipts).
• Prepare and review bank reconciliations and other account reconciliations.
• Lead month-end close and coordinate with external accounting partner.
• Prepare management reports and assist in financial reporting.
• Coordinate with external partners for BIR filings and tax inputs.
• Develop, maintain, and improve accounting SOPs and controls.
• Supervise the Junior Bookkeeper and coach team members.
