Job summary

Eastvantage Business Solutions Inc. seeks a detail-oriented US Accountant / Bookkeeper to support day-to-day accounting for AR, AP, reconciliations, and tax compliance.

The role requires handling multiple systems including Shopify, QBO, Acumatica, and Fulfil.io with a focus on accuracy and timely closes. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of accounting experience, strong knowledge of US multi-state sales tax, and the ability to work remotely across time zones, ensuring reliable, on-time

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting/bookkeeping experience.
• Hands-on experience with multi-state US sales tax compliance.
• Experience using QuickBooks Online and/or Acumatica.
• Strong understanding of AR, AP, reconciliations, GL coding, and financial transactions.
• Experience working with multiple accounting and business platforms simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Process and post customer payments in Shopify and QuickBooks Online (QBO)/Acumatica.
• Process and post customer refunds using Shopify, Fulfil.io (ERP), and QBO/Acumatica.
• Perform end-of-period transaction reconciliations to ensure Fulfil.io, QBO/Acumatica, and Shopify records remain synchronized.
