Job summary

Tasty Habit is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper in Makati City to manage accounting for a group of companies. The role focuses on multi-entity bookkeeping, accurate financial reporting, and strong controls.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience, solid knowledge of AP/AR/GL, and proficiency in Xero or similar software. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably handling multiple entities.
• Proficient in bookkeeping, general accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Xero or other accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent attention to detail.
• Highly organized with strong communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for multiple companies/entities.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) transactions.
• Record and monitor daily financial transactions with proper documentation.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, schedules, and reconciliations.
• Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor outstanding payables and receivables.
• Assist with audits, tax filing requirements, and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal controls.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties regarding accounting concerns.
• Maintain organized and confidential financial records.
• Perform other accounting and bookkeeping duties as assigned by management.
