Job summary

Outsource Access is hiring a Financial Administrator to manage full-cycle bookkeeping across multiple entities and handle payroll using ADP Workforce Now. You will ensure accurate GL entries, intercompany reconciliation, and precise account classification.

The role requires 4+ years of experience, expertise in QuickBooks Online, and a strong eye for detail in Medicaid billing and budget auditing. Remote work setup with secure access is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Accountancy, or Finance and 4+ years of bookkeeping across multi‑company portfolios.
• Advanced mastery of QuickBooks Online (class/location tracking) and ADP Workforce Now for payroll/GL integration.
• Attention to detail with accurate auditing of Medicaid billing and complex Excel spreadsheets (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP).
• Comfort with cloud-based accounting, multi‑company ERP environments, digital document vaults, and secure VPNs.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle bookkeeping across 7 entities with intercompany reconciliation and class tracking in QuickBooks Online.
• Process payroll runs in ADP Workforce Now, manage garnishments and health insurance deductions, map journal entries to care houses/locations.
