Tavor Perry is seeking a detail-driven Multi-Entity Bookkeeping Specialist to oversee books and compliance for a growing real estate portfolio and an e-commerce brand across several LLCs and S corporations.

You will handle reconciliations, entity maintenance, payroll setup, and CPA reporting, while coordinating vendor payments and guiding two junior team members. Deep US bookkeeping experience and strong entity compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated US bookkeeping experience across multiple entities.
• Strong command of US entity compliance including LLC and S corp filings.
• Hands-on multi-state payroll registration and setup.
• Advanced reconciliation across accounts and platforms.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Ability to supervise and review junior staff.
• Exceptionally detail-oriented and self-directed.
• Strong written communication; able to work asynchronously.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile income and expenses across multiple accounts and payment methods.
• Separate personal from business transactions for every entity.
• Maintain real estate portfolio performance tracker.
• Audit AI-generated entries and correct misclassifications.
• Send monthly statements to the CPA.
• Keep real estate and ecommerce books distinct across entities.
• Ensure annual filings and good standing for all entities.
• Register and manage payroll across two states.
• Coordinate with property manager and contractor on payments.
• Oversee and review two interns' work.
