Qualifications

• 3+ years of bookkeeping, accounting assistant, AP, or full-cycle accounting experience.
• Strong experience with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.
• Experience processing accounts payable and reconciling accounts.
• Experience supporting month-end close.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions for multiple entities.
• Record invoices and ensure proper coding and approvals.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and balance sheet accounts.
• Maintain QuickBooks Online and Desktop records and lead month-end close support.
• Assist with expense reporting (Concur) and intercompany transactions.
