Job summary

Goodman Tech BPO OPC is seeking a senior hands-on infrastructure engineer for a dedicated MSP seat in our Taguig office. You will own build, migration and cutover tasks end-to-end, lead technical conversations with customers, and act as the escalation point for junior engineers.

This is a hands-on role, not purely architectural. You will handle migrations across Microsoft 365, Google Workspace to Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, CA/MFA, Windows Server/Hyper-V, and on-prem to Azure, with

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on infrastructure engineering in MSP/multi-client environments.
• Projects you personally configured end-to-end with migration and cutover.
• Migrations: Google/Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, CA, MFA.
• Hybrid AD, Entra ID, MFA configurations.
• Windows Server, Hyper-V migrations/upgrades (VMware to Hyper-V).
• On-prem to Azure workload migrations.
• FortiGate firewall configurations and deployments.
• MSP tool usage: PSA, RMM, IT documentation (IT Glue).
• Excellent English for customer calls and expectations management.
• Attention to detail to prevent misconfigurations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end infrastructure projects from build to cutover.
• Serve as escalation point for junior and after-hours engineers.
• Speak directly with end customers and drive technical conversations.
• Hands-on execution in a dedicated MSP seat.
