Job summary

STAFFVIRTUAL, Inc. is seeking a Tier 3 / Senior Systems Engineer with MSP experience to join a remote-capable team in Cebu. The role requires owning complex Tier 2/3 escalations, strong Microsoft 365, Entra ID, AD, Azure, and Intune expertise, and clear communication with US/Canadian clients.

The engineer will work with a team lead or peers, troubleshoot network and security components, and provide thorough documentation. Night shift availability is noted, with a remote setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT support or systems engineering experience.
• MSP or multi-client support experience.
• Proven experience independently owning and resolving Tier 2/Tier 3 escalations.
• Independent troubleshooting experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Windows Server, Azure, and Intune/endpoint management.
• Troubleshooting experience with DNS / DHCP, VPNs, Firewalls, Routing/switching, Authentication/permissions, and Network/connectivity issues.
• Strong understanding of identity, MFA, endpoint security, patching, and Microsoft security controls.
• Can review an environment or configuration and identify risks, gaps, or likely problems.

Responsibilities

• Clear, fluent English and strong listening comprehension.
• Experience with US or Canadian customers.
• Own Tier 2/3 escalations and independent troubleshooting.
• Document troubleshooting, findings, changes and resolutions.
• Communicate testing and results clearly; step beyond checklists/runbooks.
• Collaborate with team leads and senior engineers; raise issues early.
