Job summary

IT By Design is seeking a Senior IT Service Desk Analyst to provide advanced end-user support across multiple client environments. The role focuses on AD and Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive, with L2 support in an MSP setting.

The position requires 2+ years of IT service desk or related experience, willingness to work night shifts, and onsite in BGC, Taguig. Strong English communication and ticket-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT Service Desk, Desktop Support, Systems Administration, or Technical Support experience.
• Experience in MSP, BPO IT support, or multi-client environments is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with AD, M365, Exchange/Exchange Online, SharePoint & OneDrive, desktop/end-user troubleshooting, VPN connectivity, and printer support.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 technical support across multiple client environments in an MSP setting.
• Manage Active Directory tasks including user creation, access, and onboarding/offboarding.
• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 environments and user accounts.
• Support and manage Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive in day-to-day administration.
• Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, software, VPN, printer, and connectivity issues.
• Apply basic DNS and DHCP knowledge when troubleshooting network problems.
• Manage tickets and adhere to client SLAs and priorities.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and escalate to L3 when needed.
• Document solutions and maintain accurate client and technical information.
• Communicate clearly with global clients and end users.
