SCALABLE OS CORP. in the Philippines seeks an experienced Level 3 Managed Services Engineer to join our MSP team. You will provide advanced technical support, manage complex IT environments, and mentor junior engineers to resolve escalated issues.

This role covers Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Autopilot, and Azure Virtual Desktop, with emphasis on proactive maintenance, migrations, and security across on‑prem, cloud, and hybrid setups.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years IT experience in MSP environments.
• Minimum 3 years MSP and Microsoft 365/Azure experience.
• Hands-on with servers, networks, storage and cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, 365, Azure and hybrid Microsoft environments.
• 3–5 years designing and supporting Microsoft 365/Azure.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Level 3 support for hardware, software, server, network and cloud issues.
• Mentor Level 1/2 engineers and collaborate with clients and vendors.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Level 3 Managed Services Engineer to join our growing Managed Services team. This role is responsible for providing advanced technical support, managing complex IT environments, and delivering proactive solutions for small to midsize business clients. You will work closely with Level 1 and Level 2 engineers, clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve escalated issues, implement technology solutions, and maintain secure, reliable, and high-performing IT environments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced Level 3 technical support and troubleshoot complex hardware, software, server, network, and cloud-related issues.
• Collaborate with Level 1 and Level 2 engineers on escalated technical issues while providing mentorship, guidance, and knowledge sharing.
• Monitor and proactively maintain client IT infrastructure to ensure system availability, performance, and security.
• Manage and maintain Windows Servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, networks, firewalls, BDR appliances, storage, and other IT infrastructure.
• Design, scope, implement, and support Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Autopilot, and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD/WVD) solutions.
• Support on-premises, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure environments, including migrations, upgrades, and deployments.
• Perform server, network, and cloud migrations and technology upgrades.
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop long-term solutions for recurring technical issues.
• Perform patch management, configuration changes, security updates, backups, and other proactive maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot and support VPN, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VLAN, and network security environments.

About you

• 7–10 years of IT experience, with significant experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
• Minimum 3 years of MSP experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of Microsoft 365 / Azure experience required.
• Strong hands-on experience managing IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange / Exchange Online, Intune, Windows Autopilot, SharePoint, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD/WVD), and hybrid Microsoft environments.
• 3–5 years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
• Hands-on experience with Hyper-V virtualization.
• Strong networking knowledge, including VPN, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VLANs, and network security.
• Experience with common RMM, PSA, documentation, monitoring, reporting, and backup/BDR platforms used in MSP environments.
