Job summary

Technology Elite, Inc. is seeking an IT Systems Support Engineer to manage end‑to‑end tickets and service requests from customers. This onsite role is based at Clark Pampanga, with shifts including 7:00 PM–6:00 AM and 10:00 PM–7:00 AM Philippine time.

You will handle ticket intake, initial assessment, escalation, onboarding projects, and SLA‑driven escalations while ensuring clear communication with users. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in complex IT support, MSP experience, and hands‑on

Qualifications

• 5+ years in multi‑faceted IT support roles.
• MSP experience is essential.
• Strong Azure infrastructure knowledge.
• Experience with Group Policy/ADMX in Intune/Endpoint Manager.
• Hands‑on with Intune device management and compliance.
• Strong understanding of public DNS records.
• Knowledge of security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage tickets and requests end‑to‑end.
• Receive and record customer calls.
• Provide initial ticket assessment, first‑time resolution or escalation.
• Assist with onboarding projects and migrations.
• Monitor and escalate tickets per SLA.
• Keep users informed on ticket status and progress.
• Support customer retention and satisfaction.
• Help improve processes, documentation, and automation.
