Job summary

STAFFVIRTUAL, Inc. is seeking a skilled L2 Escalation Engineer to join our MSP team in Cebu City, Philippines. The role handles complex issue escalation, end-user guidance, and multi-tenant client support across Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and cloud services.

You will manage Microsoft 365 admin tasks, conditional access, and endpoint management while coordinating with junior technicians and service desk staff in a fast-paced environment. Remote setup and night shift are required.

Qualifications

Experience administering Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) in a multi-tenant MSP.
Hands-on with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
Experience configuring Conditional Access policies and MFA enforcement.
Familiarity with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive administration.
Microsoft certifications such as AZ-104, MD-102, MS-102.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming Service Desk calls, providing timely and professional technical support.
Perform ticket triage to properly prioritize, categorize, and route issues to the appropriate queue or escalation path.
Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues across endpoint, identity, networking, and cloud services.
Communicate effectively with end users to gather technical details, explain resolutions, and ensure client satisfaction.
