Job summary

SCALABLE OS CORP. in the Philippines seeks an experienced Level 3 Managed Services Engineer to join our MSP team. You will provide advanced technical support, manage complex IT environments, and mentor junior engineers to resolve escalated issues.

This role covers Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Autopilot, and Azure Virtual Desktop, with emphasis on proactive maintenance, migrations, and security across on‑prem, cloud, and hybrid setups.

Qualifications

7–10 years IT experience in MSP environments.
Minimum 3 years MSP and Microsoft 365/Azure experience.
Hands-on with servers, networks, storage and cloud.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, 365, Azure and hybrid Microsoft environments.
3–5 years designing and supporting Microsoft 365/Azure.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced Level 3 support for hardware, software, server, network and cloud issues.
Mentor Level 1/2 engineers and collaborate with clients and vendors.
Monitor and maintain client IT infra for availability, performance and security.
Design, scope, implement, and support Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Autopilot, and AVD/WVD.
Support on-prem, cloud and hybrid environments including migrations and upgrades.
Perform patch management, security updates, backups, and proactive maintenance.
Troubleshoot VPN, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VLANs and network security.
