Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on IT support or system administration experience.
- Strong Windows troubleshooting and networking fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration, Entra ID, Exchange Online, and endpoint management.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical support and system administration across multiple client environments.
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 environments including Entra ID and Exchange Online.
- Support Windows endpoints, servers, and hybrid environments, plus backup and recovery activities.
- Monitor security alerts and respond to incidents; document resolutions and outcomes.
- Develop and use PowerShell or other automation to improve IT operations.
- Coordinate with senior engineers and vendors on complex issues and projects.
