Job summary

First Focus is seeking an experienced L3 Support/Systems Administrator to join our Manila team, supporting US-based clients across Microsoft environments, cloud platforms, and enterprise infrastructure. You’ll tackle Level 2-3 tickets, handle escalations, and help improve documentation and processes within a growing MSP.

You’ll mentor juniors and collaborate with a seasoned team while exploring AI-driven tools and automation. Hybrid work is available with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Systems Administration experience, ideally within an MSP.
• Strong Windows Server administration experience.
• VMware and/or Hyper-V knowledge.
• Experience supporting Azure, Microsoft 365 and Intune.
• Strong networking skills: DNS, DHCP, VPNs and switching.
• Experience with Meraki and WatchGuard firewalls.
• Familiarity with ConnectWise RMM, IT Glue and Auvik.
• Interest in AI technologies and modern automation.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex Level2-3 support requests and escalations.
• Administer Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
• Support VMware and Hyper-V virtual infrastructure.
• Manage Azure, Microsoft 365 and Intune environments.
• Troubleshoot networking across switching, routing, VPNs and wireless.
• Support Meraki and WatchGuard networking solutions.
• Use ConnectWise RMM, IT Glue and Auvik to proactively support client environments.
• Assist with documentation, standards and continual process improvement.
• Mentor Tier 1 technicians through coaching and technical guidance.
• Deliver excellent customer service across multiple managed clients.
