Job summary

SCALABLE OS CORP. is hiring a senior Azure & M365 Cloud Engineer in the Philippines to design, build, and automate Azure and Microsoft 365 platforms behind our managed cloud service.

You will be a senior escalation point for Managed Services, vendors, and Microsoft support, collaborating with architects and Cybersecurity to modernize client estates and drive continual service improvements.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration including Exchange Online, Intune, Purview, Defender, CA, SharePoint Online.
• Good working knowledge of core Azure services including VMs, VNets, Recovery Services Vaults, reservations.
• Experience migrating services to Microsoft technologies and with AWS administration.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical support requests within SLAs, escalating as needed.
• Manage incident processes including Major/P1 incidents for global clients.
• Review and sign-off changes; manage complex change requests with minimal supervision.
