Job summary

Safari Micro is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to support, maintain, and enhance enterprise infrastructure in a remote setup based in the Philippines. You will manage Windows Server, AD, Microsoft 365, Azure, and virtualization platforms while delivering proactive end-user support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience providing advanced technical support, escalation handling, and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication, customer service, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server environments and core infrastructure services.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and identity management.
• Administer Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, licensing, and user support.
• Administer Microsoft Azure and hybrid identity environments including Microsoft Entra ID.
• Maintain VMware vSphere and Hyper-V environments, including vCenter administration and VM provisioning.
• Support physical servers, storage systems, and data center operations.
• Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure business continuity.
• Provide Tier II/III technical support and escalation for complex issues.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, application, hardware, virtualization, cloud, and end-user problems.
• Implement security best practices, patching, vulnerability remediation, and maintenance activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and participate in infrastructure projects and upgrades.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to support technology needs.
