Job summary
Integrated OS in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join a growing offshore services team. You will focus on service delivery, project support, and technical escalation across Azure, Microsoft 365, endpoints, servers, VMware, and backup platforms.
The role demands 7 years in IT services with hands-on L2 administration and deep knowledge of AD/Entra, DNS, M365, and VMware. You’ll work with leading tooling (RMM, PSA, IT Glue) to standarize deployments and improve
Qualifications
- 7 years in the IT services industry, ideally MSP.
- Hands-on L2 administration across Windows Server, AD/Entra, M365, and VMware.
- Experience with managed services delivery and cloud projects.
- Proficient with PowerShell scripting and Azure workloads.
Responsibilities
- Managed Services Delivery: support and manage Azure, M365, endpoints, servers, VMware, and backups.
- Project Support: participate in Azure migrations, M365 deployments, and backup implementations.
- Technical Support & Escalation: act as Level 2/3 escalation for service desk engineers.
- Standardisation & Documentation: follow deployment standards, maintain runbooks and documentation.
- Customer Engagement: communicate with customers and provide technical recommendations.
