Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
MBA or master's degree preferred.
Minimum 10 years of progressive marketing experience.
At least 5 years in a leadership or senior management role.
Experience in construction, chemicals, adhesives, industrial products, building materials, manufacturing, or other B2B industries highly preferred.
Strong expertise in strategic marketing, demand generation, brand management, market intelligence, pricing strategy, and profitability management.
Proven leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Role based in a global adhesive solutions leader; cross-functional collaboration.
