Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks a Sales and Marketing Manager to drive commercial growth by blending brand-building with direct revenue generation. You will convert audience engagement into profitable partnerships.

You will lead sales plans, manage key client relationships, forecast performance, and oversee budgeting while collaborating with product, operations, and finance for profitable execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in sales and marketing.
• Experience meeting or exceeding sales quotas and managing marketing budgets of a significant size.
• Experience launching integrated campaigns that involve both digital/traditional marketing and direct sales outreach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and client needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision- makers in client organizations.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations for potential customers.
• Manage contract negotiations, pricing, and proposal development.
• Research industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
• Provide feedback to product development to enhance offerings.
• Work closely with technical, and operations teams to align sales strategies.
• Ensure a seamless client onboarding and after-sales support experience.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.
• Forecast sales and revenue to assist with company budgeting and planning.
