Qualifications

• Overseas study or work experience preferred in candidates.
• Bachelor's degree or higher with a background in marketing-related fields.
• 5+ years of professional experience; proficiency in at least one marketing sector (PR/KOL/social media/content) preferred.
• Proficiency in market analysis, brand strategy, and advertising placement, with familiarity with market characteristics and trends.
• Proficiency in English as a working language.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve the company's marketing system based on company strategies and goals, including formulating annual marketing goals and plans, including brand and service promotion and resource coordination.
• Coordinate integrated online and offline communications across all channels, including social media, content marketing, PR, KOLs, and public relations events; regularly produce PR news and other publicity, and promptly handle events.
• Conduct competitive research, monitor market trends, and regularly produce market research reports.
• Coordinate cross-departmental resources to ensure close collaboration between marketing, product, sales, and design teams to align marketing goals with business objectives.
