• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• MBA or master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive marketing experience.
• At least 5 years in a leadership or senior management role.
• Experience in construction, chemicals, adhesives, industrial products, building materials, manufacturing, or other B2B industries highly preferred.
• Strong expertise in strategic marketing, demand generation, brand management, market intelligence, pricing strategy, and profitability management.
• Proven leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Role based in a global adhesive solutions leader; cross-functional collaboration.
