Job summary

Enable PH is seeking a Brand Strategy Lead to steer brand direction across the portfolio, aligning global and local opportunities to boost awareness, engagement, and commercial performance. This role manages a team of brand professionals and partners with internal departments and country managers to accelerate growth.

The Brand Strategy Lead will drive product lifecycle alignment, GTM execution, and financial oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (MBA is a strong advantage).
• 7+ years in brand management within consumer electronics, lifestyle, or outdoor industries.
• Proven people management and team leadership experience.
• Strong track record with international principals and senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of Philippine retail, distribution, and ecommerce landscape.
• Analytical with proficiency in financial analysis (margins, pricing, cost structures).
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with high English proficiency.
• Self-starter capable of strategic and hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead assigned brands as the primary internal and external contact.
• Build relationships with brand principals, country managers, and key decision-makers.
• Lead joint business planning, including annual strategies and marketing calendars.
• Identify opportunities to expand brand partnerships and portfolio growth.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a Brand Strategy team.
• Coordinate across sales, marketing, ecommerce, retail, supply chain, and finance.
• Plan and execute local GTM campaigns with marketing and sales teams.
• Monitor competitive landscape and ensure differentiated positioning.
• Analyze financial metrics including margins, pricing, and profitability.
