Job summary

enablesGROUP in the Philippines is seeking a commercially driven Marketing Professional to lead B2B marketing initiatives for our consulting, outsourcing, managed services, and advisory businesses across global markets. The role focuses on strengthening brand positioning and generating qualified inbound leads to support pipeline growth.

You will plan and execute campaigns across LinkedIn, email, SEO, paid media, and events, create thought leadership content, and manage CRM and marketing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing.
• Experience in lead generation, demand generation, and inbound marketing.
• Strong understanding of enterprise buyer behaviour and long sales cycles.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, email marketing, LinkedIn, and paid media.
• Experience creating B2B content, including thought leadership and case studies.
• Strong analytical skills to measure marketing performance, ROI, and pipeline contribution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue objectives.
• Drive inbound lead generation and demand generation across relevant channels.
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns across LinkedIn, email, SEO, paid media, and events.
• Create thought leadership content, case studies, whitepapers, and sales enablement materials.
• Manage website content, SEO, analytics, conversion optimization, and digital performance.
• Develop and manage CRM, marketing automation, lead nurturing, and campaign workflows.
• Track and report on MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
• Maintain consistent brand positioning and messaging across all marketing channels.
• Work closely with Business Development and leadership to align marketing activities with sales objectives.
• Analyse campaign performance and market data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
