Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Significant experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, or consumer-focused industries.
• Strong background in brand management, product marketing, commercial strategy, or customer engagement.
• Proven experience developing marketing strategies with measurable impact.
• Experience in new product launches and cross-functional commercial initiatives.
• Strong understanding of customer engagement, digital marketing, and modern channels.
• Excellent strategic thinking, business acumen, and analytical skills.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders and regional/global teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Set the overall marketing direction for assigned brands and translate priorities into growth strategies.
• Identify opportunities for portfolio growth through market trends, insights, and performance analysis.
• Lead development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across channels.
• Partner with Sales to translate brand strategies into customer and field programs.
• Provide strategic direction for new product launches and market entry plans.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, Finance, Communications, etc.
• Collaborate with regional/global teams to bring insights to the local market.
• Oversee external agencies to ensure timely, effective, and creative marketing delivery.
• Evaluate brand and campaign performance using data-driven insights.
