Job summary

Empower Enterprise Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Consultant in Metro Manila to lead the successful installation of standard/non-complex retirement plan sales and act as the project manager for conversion activities.

You will serve as the primary contact for plan sponsors, financial advisors and third-party administrators, coordinating timelines, contracts, and documentation to ensure accurate restatement and compliant implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• 1–2 years implementation or related work experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management
• Must be fluent in English
• Proficient knowledge of IRS codes; 401(k), 403(b), 401(a), 457(b)
• Proficient regulatory compliance and plan document knowledge

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for Empower to manage the successful installation of standard/non-complex new transfer or start-up retirement plan sales
• Perform weekly conference calls with client contacts to coordinate conversion timing and project management
• Discuss service agreements, contracts and product features with plan sponsors and financial advisors
• Review plan provisions to ensure accurate restatement of retirement plan documents
• Coordinate payroll file/mapping integration with the plan sponsor
• Facilitate transfer of plan assets and records with prior providers and internal teams
• Maintain deadlines and timelines for transfer and start-up activity
• Produce quality work on assigned sales through QA measures
• Follow procedures to minimize market risks and gain/loss scenarios
• Transition plans from blackout release to ongoing Client Service Manager
