Job summary

Empower LLC in Manila, Philippines is looking for an Implementation Consultant to lead the successful installation of retirement plan sales, acting as project manager and primary contact for plan sponsors, financial advisors, and third-party administrators. The role requires a business degree, 1–2 years of experience in implementation, and fluent English.

You will coordinate conversions, review plan provisions, map payroll files, and ensure timely transfers while maintaining deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years Implementation or related work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be fluent in English and available to work overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact to manage installation of retirement plan sales.
• Perform weekly conference calls with client contacts to manage timing of conversion.
• Review plan provisions and ensure accurate restatement of retirement plan documents.
• Coordinate payroll file integration with the plan sponsor.
• Transition plans from blackout release to ongoing Client Service Manager.
