Job summary

Empower is seeking a Senior Manager Implementation to lead a team of 6–15 associates responsible for installing new retirement plan sales. You will oversee staffing, training, performance reviews, and change management while coordinating with sales and client teams.

You will ensure deadlines, quality standards, and service delivery, participate in finals presentations, site visits, and RFP responses, and mentor managers to balance workload and forecast volume across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related work experience.
• 7 years related work experience and 2-3 years management experience.
• Must be fluent in English and available to work overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of 6-15 associates responsible for installing new retirement plan sales.
• Staff training, mentoring, quality standards, reporting, disciplinary action, motivation, and staffing projections.
• Ensure quality assurance, survey results, gain/loss standards are upheld with direct reports.
