PM Consulting is seeking a seasoned learning professional who combines instructional design expertise with hands-on training management to deliver engaging, data-driven learning solutions. You will design digital and blended programs, develop content with AI tools, and manage learning initiatives across the organization.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into targeted strategies, maintain standards, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Psychology, HR, Educational Technology, or related field.
• Several years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or corporate learning and development.
• Strong portfolio of digital learning solutions and blended learning programs.
• Demonstrated experience using generative AI in learning design with measurable outcomes.
• Advanced proficiency in Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate.
• Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite and e-learning standards (SCORM, xAPI).
• Experience with LMS administration, preferably SuccessFactors.
• Excellent English writing, editing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop digital and blended learning solutions including e-learning modules, microlearning, scenarios, job aids, facilitator guides, and assessments.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into measurable learning strategies.
• Apply ADDIE, SAM, and adult learning principles.
• Leverage generative AI to accelerate content development and production workflows.
• Develop and maintain instructional standards, accessibility, and content architecture.
• Evaluate learning outcomes using data and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Create learner communications and internal campaigns to boost engagement.
• Explore emerging learning technologies and AI tools to enhance the learner experience.
• Coordinate monthly training calendar and LMS administration within SuccessFactors.
• Lead end-to-end learning programs including onboarding, leadership development, and coaching.
