Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Lead to drive the enterprise-wide L&D roadmap, champion AI enablement, and establish an internal corporate academy. You will design scalable competency frameworks, oversee digital learning platforms, and transform learning culture across multi-entity environments with a clear focus on measurable business outcomes.

The role leads a team of trainers and partners with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end curriculum design,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
5–8+ years in Learning & Development or Organizational Development.
3+ years in a team lead or managerial capacity.
Experience in multi-entity environments, BPO, shared services, staffing, RPO, or outsourcing.

Responsibilities

Lead the blueprinting, launch, and enhancement of an internal Corporate Academy.
Formulate scalable L&D strategies across diverse business units and entities.
Champion a culture of self-driven learning and AI-enabled capability building.
Oversee end-to-end curriculum design, onboarding experiences, and learning assets.
Establish L&D metrics and dashboards and manage budgets and vendor relationships.
