Job summary

Our Clients in the Philippines (Metro Manila) seeks a seasoned learning professional who blends instructional design with hands-on training management to deliver engaging, data-driven learning solutions across digital and blended formats.

You will apply ADDIE/SAM, leverage generative AI, manage LMS like SuccessFactors, coordinate calendars, analyze feedback, and lead end-to-end programs including onboarding and leadership development. Excellent English and stakeholder skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design or related field; master's preferred.
• Several years of experience in instructional design or corporate learning.
• Strong portfolio of digital and blended learning solutions.
• Experience using generative AI in learning design.
• Advanced proficiency in Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate.
• Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite and e-learning standards (SCORM, xAPI).
• Experience with LMS administration, preferably SuccessFactors.
• Excellent English writing and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging digital and blended learning solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into learning strategies with measurable outcomes.
• Apply ADDIE and SAM frameworks with adult learning principles.
• Leverage generative AI to accelerate content development and workflows.
• Develop and maintain instructional standards and content governance across platforms.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness using performance data and feedback.
• Create learner communications and internal campaigns to boost participation.
• Explore emerging learning technologies and AI tools to enhance the learner experience.
• Coordinate monthly training calendar and logistics.
• Analyze feedback and performance data to identify improvements and prepare reports.
• Manage relationships with external providers and training platforms; renewals and optimization.
• Support integration with SuccessFactors LMS and administer modules.
• Lead end-to-end learning programs including onboarding, coaching, and leadership development.
• Maintain training materials and learning records with proper governance.
