Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a seasoned learning professional who combines instructional design expertise with hands-on training management to deliver engaging, data-driven learning solutions. You will design digital and blended programs, develop content with AI tools, and manage learning initiatives across the organization.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into targeted strategies, maintain standards, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Psychology, HR, Educational Technology, or related field.
• Several years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or corporate learning and development.
• Strong portfolio of digital learning solutions and blended learning programs.
• Demonstrated experience using generative AI in learning design with measurable outcomes.
• Advanced proficiency in Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate.
• Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite and e-learning standards (SCORM, xAPI).
• Experience with LMS administration, preferably SuccessFactors.
• Excellent English writing, editing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly training calendar and LMS administration within SuccessFactors.
• Lead end-to-end learning programs including onboarding, leadership development, and coaching.

Key Responsibilities

Instructional Design & Learning Experience Development

• Design and develop engaging digital and blended learning solutions, including e-learning modules, microlearning, scenario-based activities, job aids, facilitator guides, and assessments.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into targeted learning strategies with measurable outcomes.
• Apply instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE and SAM, alongside adult learning principles and learning science.
• Leverage generative AI to accelerate content development, create learning scenarios and assessments, generate visuals and narration, and improve learning production workflows.
• Develop and maintain instructional standards, accessibility requirements, content architecture, and version control across learning platforms.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness using performance data and feedback, continuously improving learning content and delivery.
• Create compelling learner communications and internal campaigns that encourage participation and engagement.
• Explore emerging learning technologies and AI tools to enhance the learner experience.

Training Operations & Learner Enablement

• Coordinate the monthly training calendar, including scheduling, platform setup, participant enrollment, attendance tracking, materials preparation, and follow-ups.
• Analyze learner feedback, participation, and performance data to identify improvement opportunities and prepare stakeholder reports.
• Manage relationships with external learning providers and self-paced learning platforms, including contract renewals and engagement optimization.
• Support seamless integration and administration of learning solutions within the SuccessFactors LMS.
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of key learning programs, including coaching, mentoring, leadership development, and new hire onboarding.
• Maintain training materials, documentation, and learning records with proper governance and version control.
• Ensure the LMS remains organized, accurate, and up-to-date.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Psychology, Human Resources, Educational Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is an advantage.
• Several years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or corporate learning and development, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
• A strong portfolio of digital learning solutions and blended learning programs.
• Demonstrated experience using generative AI in learning design, with examples of improved efficiency, content quality, or learner outcomes.
• Advanced proficiency in Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate – both are required.
• Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite and e-learning standards such as SCORM and xAPI.
• Experience with LMS administration, preferably SuccessFactors.
• Excellent English writing, editing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate learning effectiveness beyond learner satisfaction surveys.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, balance creative design with operational execution, and deliver high-quality outputs.
