Job summary

Origo BPO (Phils) Limited, Inc. is seeking an IT Technical Lead for Network & Infrastructure to own internal systems, cloud, endpoint management, and client connectivity. This is a hands-on Player-Coach role, not a pure manager, expected to roll up sleeves and guide a small team.

You will troubleshoot incidents, enforce security posture, and drive a culture of proactive problem-solving across the org.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Systems Administration, Network Engineering, or DevOps.
• Experience in fast-paced BPO/MSP or high-growth tech environments preferred.
• Certifications such as Azure/Enterprise Administrator, CCNA, or ITIL v4 Foundation are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example as top technical authority for infrastructure, networking, and cloud issues.
• Mentor a small IT team with daily stand-ups, ticket reviews, and SLA targets.
• Own end-to-end connectivity for 300+ agents, ensure security and policy enforcement.
• Deploy and manage Azure AD/Entra ID, Intune, and M365 configurations.
• Support secure rollout of AI tools with sandboxing and DLP controls.
