Job summary

Origo BPO is seeking an IT Network and Infrastructure Lead to own internal systems, cloud infra, and client connectivity. You will lead a small IT team as a hands-on player-coach, writing scripts, configuring Azure/Intune policies, and driving a proactive culture.

You will manage network reliability for 300+ agents, implement security hardening, and oversee endpoint management with modern ITSM tooling. This role requires deep technical expertise and strong leadership in a fast-paced BPO

Qualifications

• Hands-on senior IT leader with strong technical depth.
• Proficient in scripting and automation for IT ops.
• Experience with Azure AD/Entra, Intune, and security hardening.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary escalation point for complex infra, networking, and cloud issues.
• Drive a culture shift from reactive to proactive systems ownership.
• Mentor junior analysts with daily stand-ups and metrics-driven SLAs.
