Job summary

Infosys BPM Philippines is seeking an IT Technology Analyst – Team Lead to oversee end-to-end IT service delivery, infrastructure stability, and team performance. The role blends technical expertise with people leadership to ensure reliable operations and strong customer experience.

You will guide L2 service delivery across network, servers, security, and voice, manage incidents, changes, and releases, and coach the team toward proactive improvement and audit-ready compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6–8 years of IT infrastructure, network operations, and service delivery experience.
• Prior team leadership or shift lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead L2 service delivery across Network, Security, VOICE, Server, and Systems.
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents and SLA compliance.
• Act as escalation point for critical issues.
• Drive incident resolution, RCA, and preventive actions.
• Manage Change & Release processes and risk assessments.
• Coach team members and support capability development.
