Job summary

Infosys BPM Philippines seeks an experienced Network Operations Manager to lead a team supporting a high-traffic enterprise network. The role focuses on Cisco routing, security, audits, and operational excellence. You will guide design, deployment, and 24x7 support while coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and clients.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, ITIL knowledge, and proven capabilities in managing complex network environments and audit programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Network Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 8–15 years of experience in network operations within enterprise environments.
• CCNA and/or CCNP certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of network engineers supporting Cisco infrastructure.
• Ensure network performance, security compliance, and audit readiness.
• Manage audits with internal, external teams and client stakeholders.
• Oversee configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of enterprise networks.
• Drive capacity planning, upgrades, and technology refresh initiatives.
