Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT support, systems administration, or network engineering.
• Proven experience leading an IT team while performing hands-on troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of Azure/Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT support operations and supervise the team.
• Prioritize tickets, incidents, and projects based on impact.
• Provide hands-on technical coaching and resolve complex incidents.
• Monitor SLAs and drive continuous improvement.
