• Experience in IT recruitment and technical hiring.

• Proven sourcing using job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean searches and ATS.

What We're Looking For

2–5 years of IT Recruitment experience

Strong exposure to technical hiring

Experience with ATS, job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
