Job summary

IMS Outsourcing Solutions Inc. in the Philippines seeks an End-to-End Recruiter to source qualified candidates, screen and interview applicants, and place them with client organisations.

You will coordinate with account managers and maintain excellent candidate experience to support recruitment operations and client satisfaction. The role is full-time and based at our Bridgetown office in Quezon City, Metro Manila, offering opportunities to impact candidate careers and organizational success

Qualifications

• Good communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree or related field.
• 9 months to 1 year minimum experience in US recruitment.
• Recruitment Processing Outsourcing (RPO) experience.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates.
• Review resumes.
• Conduct phone screenings and interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers or account managers.
• Manage candidate communication.
• Prepare candidates for interviews.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
