Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles, from sourcing through offer and hiring.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities.
• Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct resume screening, phone/video interviews, and initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Monitor recruitment progress, manage multiple requisitions and deadlines, and provide regular hiring updates and reports.
• Stay informed on APAC labor market trends, local hiring practices, and relevant employment regulations.

Job Summary
