The role emphasizes sourcing top tech talent, conducting assessments, mentoring junior recruiters, and maintaining strong candidate pipelines in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in IT recruitment and technical hiring.
• Strong ability to assess candidates and provide hiring recommendations.
• Proven sourcing using job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean searches and ATS.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and professional roles.
• Partner with clients and hiring stakeholders to understand workforce needs.
• Source and engage top talent using advanced sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Conduct detailed candidate assessments and provide hiring recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage recruitment reporting, ATS updates, and client communication.
• Mentor and support junior recruiters while driving recruitment excellence.
