Job summary

IMS Outsourcing Solutions Inc. in Quezon City is seeking a Recruiter to manage our end-to-end recruitment process and help grow our talent pool.

This onsite, full-time role focuses on finding qualified applicants through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media, while building a strong pipeline for current and future roles.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year in recruitment or a related role.
• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Find qualified applicants through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications.
• Keep candidates informed and updated throughout the application process.
• Create and publish compelling job advertisements tailored to company hiring needs.
• Oversee the process from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and assist with job offers and pre-employment requirements.
• Build and maintain a talent pool for current and upcoming roles.
• Monitor recruitment activities, candidate progress, time-to-fill, and key KPIs.
