• Ability to multitask and manage multiple assignments with quality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting targets.
• Knowledge of Philippine employment law is advantageous.

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team at our Bridgetown office in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in our recruitment operations, serving as a key member of our talent acquisition function. The Recruitment Specialist will be instrumental in sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates with our client organisations, whilst maintaining our high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction. Key responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct recruitment methods
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit with client organisations
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database and pipeline for current and future client requirements
• Coordinate with clients to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and organisational culture
• Present shortlisted candidates to clients and facilitate the interview scheduling process
• Provide candidate support and guidance throughout the recruitment process, including feedback and offer negotiation assistance
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain detailed records of all candidate interactions and placements
• Collaborate with team members to meet recruitment targets and service level agreements
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive salary benchmarks
• Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies, procedures, and relevant employment regulations

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar recruitment-focused role within an HR or recruitment agency environment
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate screening, and placement techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with both candidates and clients
• Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and job boards
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously whilst maintaining quality standards
• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets
• Knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements in the Philippines is advantageous
• Familiarity with various industry sectors and understanding of different skill sets and role requirements
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients
