This full-time role focuses on identifying, attracting, and placing top IT talent across the organization, collaborating with senior leadership and technical teams to support ambitious growth. We expect 5-7 years of technical recruitment experience, strong IT knowledge, and proven ability to manage multiple searches with quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting for software engineers, systems admins, cloud architects, data scientists, and related IT roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects with quality and deadlines.
• Experience using ATS and recruitment technology platforms.

About the role

ATOS Information Technology Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic Human Resources and Recruitment team. This is a full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and placing top technical talent across our organisation. Your strategic approach to recruitment will directly impact our ability to build high-performing teams and maintain our competitive edge in the information technology sector. This role offers the opportunity to influence our talent acquisition strategy and work closely with senior leadership and technical teams to meet our ambitious growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive technical recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various IT roles across the organisation

• Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand technical requirements, skills gaps, and team dynamics to ensure optimal candidate-to-role alignment

• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments of technical candidates, evaluating both technical competencies and cultural fit

• Source and recruit candidates through multiple channels including job boards, professional networks, social media, and industry events

• Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates and develop a pipeline of pre-qualified technical talent for future opportunities

• Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, including scheduling, technical assessments, and feedback collection from stakeholders

• Provide coaching and guidance to junior recruitment staff, fostering their development and ensuring consistent recruitment excellence

• Manage recruitment metrics, track key performance indicators, and provide regular reporting on recruitment activities and outcomes

• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, employment laws, and ethical recruitment practices

• Collaborate with HR and departmental teams to enhance employer brand and improve the overall candidate experience

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successfully placing candidates in IT roles

• Strong knowledge of technical roles, IT skill sets, and the ability to understand complex technical requirements and job specifications

• Demonstrated experience recruiting for positions such as software engineers, systems administrators, cloud architects, data scientists, and other technology professionals

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical professionals and non-technical stakeholders

• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously whilst maintaining high quality standards and meeting tight deadlines

• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technology platforms

• Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment professionals

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
