Medinex Limited is seeking a Senior HR Executive to join our growing team on a full-time basis in the Novena Central Region. This role focuses on strategic HR management and payroll administration to support our organisational objectives.

You will lead outsourced payroll, administer benefits, manage employee relations, and maintain confidential HR records while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. A strong background in payroll and Singapore employment law is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of HR or payroll experience in a corporate or regulated setting.
• Solid knowledge of Singapore employment law and payroll rules.
• Proficient with HR and payroll software systems and quick to learn new platforms.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with great attention to detail.
• Excellent MS Excel and office software skills.

About the role

Medinex Limited is seeking a Senior HR Executive to join our growing team on a full-time basis in the Novena Central Region. This is a strategic position within our Human Resources department, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting our organisational objectives through effective HR management and payroll administration.

What you\'ll be doing

• Manage payroll processing as an outsourced partner for our clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with all relevant statutory requirements and regulations


• Administer employee benefits programmes, including health insurance, pension schemes and other employee entitlements


• Handle employee relations matters, including contract management, leave administration and performance management support


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee information


• Provide HR support to operational and management teams, including recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding processes


• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, including working hours regulations, statutory leave entitlements and workplace health and safety requirements


• Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures


• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related queries and concerns

What we\'re looking for

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in HR or payroll administration within a corporate or regulated environment


• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment law, payroll regulations and statutory compliance requirements


• Proficiency with HR and payroll software systems, with the ability to quickly learn new platforms


• Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail


• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software applications


• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex HR and payroll matters clearly to diverse audiences


• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment


• Strong ethical standards, confidentiality awareness and demonstrated commitment to data protection
