Medinex Limited is seeking a Senior HR Executive to join our growing team on a full-time basis in the Novena Central Region. This role focuses on strategic HR management and payroll administration to support our organisational objectives.

You will lead outsourced payroll, administer benefits, manage employee relations, and maintain confidential HR records while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. A strong background in payroll and Singapore employment law is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of HR or payroll experience in a corporate or regulated setting.
• Solid knowledge of Singapore employment law and payroll rules.
• Proficient with HR and payroll software systems and quick to learn new platforms.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with great attention to detail.
• Excellent MS Excel and office software skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll processing as outsourced partner for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Administer employee benefits programmes including health insurance and pension schemes.
• Handle employee relations, contracts, leaves, and performance support.
• Maintain HR records with strict confidentiality and data protection.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities for teams.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, leave entitlements and safety requirements.
• Contribute to development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance to staff on HR-related queries and concerns.
