Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years HR experience with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner or generalist role.
• Experience in real estate or professional services is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor law and employment regulations.
• Excellent consultation and coaching skills with business acumen.
• Experience with HRIS systems (Workday) and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to translate goals into people strategies.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, career development and succession planning.
• Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives.
• Guide managers through performance management processes and feedback.
• Develop learning initiatives and support change management efforts.
• Maintain HR data accuracy in Workday and generate key people analytics.
