Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Makati, Philippines, seeks an HR Advisor with a strategic mindset to partner with business leaders, shape people strategies, and drive organizational effectiveness in a fast-paced real estate services environment.

You will lead end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, performance management, learning and development, and change management, while ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws and leveraging Workday for HR data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner or generalist role.
• Experience in the real estate or professional services industry is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor law and employment regulations.
• Excellent consultation and coaching skills with demonstrated business acumen.
• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
• Fluent in English and Filipino; ability to facilitate discussions and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals and translate them into effective people strategies.
• Support the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, career development, and succession planning.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on workplace matters, policies, and procedures; handle investigations as needed.
• Guide managers through performance management processes including goal setting and feedback.
• Identify training needs and collaborate with the learning team to design and deliver development programs.
• Support organizational change initiatives by assessing impact on employees and providing guidance to leaders.
• Collaborate with HR teams to ensure adherence to HR policies, records accuracy in systems, and data-driven decision making.
