You will partner with business leaders to align HR policies with labor compliance and drive engagement, organizational effectiveness, and HR operations excellence across the workforce.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on employee relations, performance management and HR business partnering.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR policies, and employee relations practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations activities, performance management processes, talent reviews, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support compensation and benefits activities, salary benchmarking, and annual remuneration reviews.
• Collaborate with HR Operations to resolve payroll, timekeeping, leaves, and employee records issues.
• Advise business leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, reporting, and HRIS adoption.
