The role partners with managers to implement HR strategies, foster a positive culture, and align people practices with business objectives, including talent management, learning, and change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 10 years progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner or generalist role.
• Experience in real estate or professional services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to translate organizational goals into people strategies.
• Support full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance mgmt, development, succession.
• Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
